Feathering the Nest: Spring Decor

Feathering the Nest for Spring

Spring is in full swing and I’ve recently changed out my pale metallic pillows and cozy throws of winter for bright citrus hues, in pillows and accessories. I’m feathering the nest for spring. Are you in the same mood? Flowers speak to me of spring, especially this year, after the heavy rains of winter. Sometimes a bouquet of fresh flowers is all you need to update your space with a touch of spring.

Fancy a hanging bouquet over the dining table? I do!

Just a new piece or two can add a fresh flair for the season. These are a few pieces that caught my eye to feather the nest for spring.

This book caught my eye: the combination of Paris and blooms is perfection!

I’m having a moment with my Tocca fragrance collection. I was excited to see that these evocative fragrances are available for ‘delicates’.

Tuberose is always a favorite fragrance for me.

Feathering the nest for the season is all in the details. It may be as simple as changing out the pillows, adding a new accessory, or a fresh fragrance to the space.  If nothing else, the simple act of collecting a few stems from the garden in a pretty vase will do the trick.

Like you Heather changing cushions, a splash of different colours and adding plenty of flowers.
I also change all my home fragrances to something more citrus (to transport me back to Da Paolino’s restaurant in Capri ;-)
